Shanghai – Bosch, a leading global supplier of automotive technologies and services, announced the official launch of a franchise system for Bosch Car Service in China. The new franchise network will offer car services at the same unique and top-level standard of quality across the country. Bosch developed this new franchise system to provide all-round support to its business partners, ensuring that they offer one-stop professional, reliable service and unified quality standards to Chinese car owners across multiple car brands and models.

All-round support for franchisees

The franchise system will provide franchisees with comprehensive support in all phases from planning up to operation. Bosch will have a team of over 100 consultants in China to support new franchisees in workshop set-up, facility management, business planning, workshop management, as well as customer relation management. In operation, Bosch will further help strengthen franchisees’ service capability and efficiency by providing a wide array of diagnosis systems, easy parts and equipments sourcing solution, comprehensive training programs, and state-of-the-art IT system. Moreover, franchisees will also receive unified marketing communication and other value-added services such as hotlines for technical issues and data information.
